Overcoming mobility of your hips, knees and ankles
Are you struggling with your kick or the push off the wall?  You’ll find this lesson especially useful. After identifying mobility limitations in earlier weeks, here we focus on overcoming them.
I’ll guide you through a variety of exercises — from easy to challenging — to help you explore and improve the range of motion needed for an efficient, powerful leg kick.
