PERSONAL COACHING
Coaching built around you. Your goals, your experience, your life.
From online 1:1 freediving coaching worldwide to in-person sessions and specialised HUET and military preparation, I help you refine your technique, understand your responses and build confidence in the water.
Whether you’re preparing for a competition, swimming across the English Channel, working towards underwater escape training or seeking greater ease in your freediving, we’ll work together at a pace that respects your body and fits your life.
Awareness over ego. Technique over force. Efficiency over struggle.
Because how you feel during a dive matters beyond how far or how deep you go.
The numbers tell part of the story. The experience stays with you forever.

HI! I'M MICHAELA
Freediving coach, athlete, public speaker and two-time Guinness World Record Holder based in Australia.
I’ve spent my entire life in the water—from the swimming pools of my childhood in landlocked Slovakia to the ocean that called me to Australia.
As I’ve grown older, that relationship has deepened. I’ve moved from “using” water to listening to it—allowing it to become my teacher and a place of healing.
That relationship shapes how I coach. Alongside technique and practical breath training and freediving skills, I help you develop awareness, trust in yourself and a deeper connection with the water.
Whatever your starting point, I’m here to help you progress with confidence, curiosity and joy.
Two World Records. A shared Love of Water.
In 2023, I completed 101 × 25-metre underwater laps in one hour—without fins. That's over 2.5km, with a total of 42 minutes spent underwater holding my breath across those dives!
Two years later, I brought together a diverse team of nine freedivers from Australia, New Zealand, China and Slovakia. Together we covered 98 kilometres in a 24-hour no-fins relay, raising over $10,000 for Rainbow Club to help more children with disabilities experience the joy of water.
Did we suffer? Yes, definitely. Was it worth it? Absolutely!
Waves of Change
Discover how a year travelling Australia with my family inspired my first Guinness World Record—raising awareness of ocean pollution and funds for Take 3 for the Sea.
What inspires you to make a difference? I'd love to hear.
