Freediving Coaching 1:1

DO YOU NEED A COACH?

Are you ready to train smarter, dive with joy, and unlock your full potential? You don’t have to be an elite athlete to benefit from a coach — all you need is a goal, a passion, and the commitment to work towards it every day. I’ll be in your corner, supporting you, keeping you accountable, and helping you build the confidence to break through barriers and fine‑tune your skills.

“A good coach can change a game. A great coach can change a life.”

A strong coach–athlete relationship is built on trust, commitment, hard work, and passion. Once you have a great coach by your side, you’re never alone. You gain clarity, deepen your purpose, and find a new level of satisfaction — in and out of the water.

That’s exactly what happened when I asked Martin Zajac, “Coach of the Champions,” to train me. Working with him changed everything — I discovered how many mistakes I was making, learned to approach training with more precision and purpose, and felt a new sense of joy and belonging in the water.

Inspired by this experience, I’ve learned from elite coaches across sports — from deep freediving and swimming to martial arts, and even a world record holder for the longest plank (9h 38min!) — integrating their wisdom into my own training and teaching. These lessons shaped my own world record attempt and now form the foundation of how I coach others.

With over 16 years of freediving experience, I’m here to guide, support, and inspire you every step of the way. Let’s embark on this journey together — I can’t wait to see you fly!

1:1 FREEDIVE COACHING

Personalised guidance for meaningful progress — in and out of the water

In our 1:1 coaching sessions, we’ll set realistic, meaningful goals and create a pathway tailored to your current lifestyle, training capacity, and aspirations. I’ll be with you each step of the way — offering support, structure, and accountability.

Freediving is more than technique and numbers. It’s a powerful tool for self-discovery. My goal is to help you use freediving to awaken something deeper within — making your journey more conscious, joyful, healthy, and fulfilling.

I won’t just tell you what to do. I’ll guide you in learning how to listen — to your body, your instincts, and the silent language of your inner world. From this place, sustainable progress happens. Whether you're focused on pool or depth disciplines, this approach will help you grow as a freediver in every sense.

Your personal best isn’t just a number. It’s the effort you offer, the flow you find, the presence you bring to each dive — and the person you become along the way.

Every coaching relationship is unique. I tailor each session to meet you where you are, offering tools, insights, and strategies that align with your specific needs, goals, and rhythm.

I’ll also share how I coach and offer a few suggestions you can start using right away—whether we end up working together or not. It’s about clarity, connection, and seeing if this feels like a good fit for both of us. NOTE: I’m currently travelling through the Red Centre—the heart of the Australian Outback—so my availability is a little limited. But I’ll do my best to connect with you as soon as I can.
