Dive deep into the technical aspects of DNF - learn how to strengthen your muscles, improve your flexibility, breath hold, mindset and your underwater technique.
ASK YOURSELF:
- Do I need more than 3 strokes to cover 25m?
- Do I need more than 25sec to cover 25m?
- Do I feel extreme exhaustion after my training?
- Have I plateaued in my training progress?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, the NO FINS, NO WORRIES Online Course is perfect for YOU, my friend!
Letâs DO IT!
DNF - THE PUREST FORM OF FREEDIVING. DNF Does not stand for DID NOT FINISH.
HERE IS EXACTLY WHAT YOUâLL LEARN
This 10-week will teach you the foundations of the Dynamic No Fins stroke.
Strength & Flexibility
DNF on itâs own is so different compared to the other pool disciplines. The muscles and joints you get to use are very specific to this stroke. Iâll show you how you can build useful strength and improve your flexibility, even without going to the gym. Soon, you will be able to power through the water efficiently and with ease.
Technique
There is so much more to DNF than mastering the perfect arm pull or leg kick. If you have the timing wrong, your push off the wall is inefficient or your buoyancy is not correct, you are shooting yourself in the foot.
There are so many factors that affect your overall performance and Iâll show you how to work specifically with your body to achieve the best possible outcome.
Mindset
Where the mind goes, the body follows. A training mindset is all about growth. Your attention is not on proving yourself, gaining the respect of others, or any of that. It's simply thinking about how you can grow and improve today!
âMy only competition is who I was yesterdayâ
During the course you will:
- Improve your understanding of how to efficiently train DNF
- Eliminate weaknesses in your technique, strength and flexibility
- Boost your performance, health, stamina and overall fitness

MEET YOUR FREEDIVING COACH
Hi! Iâm Michaela
I absolutely love freediving. Itâs my passion and a way of life. My mission is to be the best freediving coach in the world. Itâs a journey that will last a lifetime. Iâm âobsessedâ about the beauty, power and technicality of DNF - Dynamic No Fins.
If youâre a freediver, youâll probably agree that DNF (Dynamic No Fins) is the most difficult discipline to master because it is so pure. There is nowhere to hide and there are no fins to propel you forward, just your own body.
It took me more than 10 years to master the technique and tame my mind. I keep learning every day. When I first started freediving, I kicked and I literally went backwards, I pulled with my arms and not much has happened! Sounds familiar?
So, how did I train to set a World Record by completing 100 x 25m DNF laps in under one hour? What did I do to be able to use only 8 strokes for 100m DNF?
Let me show you how you too, can progress and find immense pleasure in performing smooth, powerful and effortless DNF. I wonât lie - the road is not easy but itâs totally worth it.
Yes, I want to find out more!
