STAGE B - FREEDIVING COURSE
EXPLORE THE DEPTHS OF YOUR BODY AND MIND IN OUR STAGE-B FREEDIVING COURSE
Join us for an immersive 4-day experience + an integration session, designed to take your freediving to the next level — guided by World Record holders Erez Beatus and Michaela Werner.
This is not just about going deeper. It’s about refining your technique, deepening your awareness, and learning how to remain calm and in control as the intensity of each dive increases. Building on the foundations of your Stage A, Stage B invites you into a more advanced and nuanced understanding of freediving.
Across two weekends, you’ll explore the art of diving deeper — safely, efficiently, and with greater ease. You’ll develop advanced equalisation skills, gain a deeper understanding of the dive response, and learn how your body adapts to longer and deeper dives. As your confidence and technique evolve, you’ll have the opportunity to explore depths of up to 30 metres in a calm, supported environment.
Each day blends theory with practical application, moving between pool and open water sessions. More importantly, this is a space where you’ll learn how to train — both in the water and on land — so you can continue progressing with purpose beyond the course.
You’ll be supported in a small, focused group of like-minded divers, creating an environment where learning is personal, feedback is specific, and growth happens naturally.

Freediving is like meditation. It’s a connection with the sea, with yourself, and with your own limits.
