Breath Training for Surfers - Newcastle - March 14 (8:30am - 3:30pm)
What you'll experience:
Practical, immersive training designed specifically for wave chasers / underwater athletes who want to feel calmer, stronger and more capable in the water
- 3 hours of focused breath theory and dry exercises
- 3 hours of supervised water training
- A small-group environment with individual guidance  Â
